Sam's career in logistics spans several industries as well as more than a few countries. As an Army officer, Logistics team leader and emergency management supervisor, he is well versed in project management large and small.
Mr. Samuel Heidorn is an Army Infantry Officer with a focus on logistics. From management of Quick Reaction Forces in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom to Regional Contract management for Paktya Province in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom, Mr. Heidorn's skills have proven effective time after time.
As a Ranger and Air Assault qualified individual, planning and executing air and ground insertions and extractions were part of daily operations during contract management in Afghanistan. Also including were heavy lift and crane operations as well as building projects province-wide.
Post Active service, Mr. Heidorn joined the logistics team at Ingersoll-Rand and managed shipping, receiving and production operations for a $400M plant in Trenton, NJ. Redesign of workflows, process management, fleet management and tenant improvement fit-outs were all in Sam's roles during his time with the Trane company. During this time he was awarded the Presidential recognition award for improvements made to the logistics processes.
After leaving Ingersoll-Rand, Sam managed several roles in the emergency and risk management industry, both in operations and on the administrative and sales side. These roles were instrumental in starting his own construction and real estate development business in 2019.
Recognizing the increasing need in the Nation's Infrastructure, Mr. Heidorn started the Kinetic Logistics Group and developed several partnerships in order to better serve the needs of Federal, State, and Private power generation and transmission.
